Return, Replace & Refund
Our store provide 7-day return policy and 14-day replace policy. You can contact the customer service within 7 days after you receive the parcel to take action on your return and refund, and within 14 days for replacing the product if there is any quality issue (damage or broken). the days will be counted by natural days refers to the parcel tracking logs.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
1.Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
2.we do not accept returns or exchanges on Earrings, resized rings, engraved items, or special, custom or made to order items, body piercing products, hair accessories and gift cards.
3.Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
4.You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.
In the following conditions you may not be able to apply for return or replace:
1.Earrings, resized rings, engraved items, or special, custom or made to order items, body piercing products, hair accessories and gift cards.
2. The return and replace window has passed.
3. Product has been identified with faults and the faults are listed in the escription of the product.
4. You have inspected the product by photo or video before purchase it.
5. Product get damaged due to using it incorrectly.
6. Product being damaged by yourself after being despatched.
Due to the product is small and easy to be posted, customer is eligible to pay the postage on his own except the following circumentaces:
1. The product has faults that store didn't identified before purchase.
2. The recall of the product due to serious quality faults.
3. Received wrong item which you are not purchased (except gifted items).
Please keep your postage receipts because you may need to send it to us if required.
If you are eligible for refund, your refund will be processed within 21 days of the notification being sent to you. You may not be eligible for refund if:
1. The returned item is a gifted item.
2. You haven't paid for the purchase.
3. You didn't pay with the default payment method we provided.
4. You have already been compensated.
5. You are eligible to lodge an insurance claim.
6.Is not obligated to refund an item due to a change of mind.
